Why can't I upload my photo at the end of the course?

There are two possible sources of error.

Possibility 1: You have not completed the course. You can tell by the fact that individual lessons in the overview are not marked with a green check mark. A lesson gets this green check mark when you have watched the corresponding video completely. So you may not have watched one or more videos to the end.

Possibility 2: You are not in the MedBed menu, but in the Academy. The MedBed courses are also listed there, but only for information purposes. The photo upload and installation function are not available in the Academy.
